The Middletown Township Public Library will be having our 3rd annual Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre for teens and tweens. This year, our show, “An Assassin in Our Midst”, will take place on October 26th at 7pm. A special twist to this year’s mystery: You must read 1 book this month to get an invitation! As part of the YALSA Teen Read Week Dollar General Grant the Youth Services Department won this year, we are celebrating Teen Read Week all month long with an October Teen Reading Program. All teens who participate in our reading program will receive an invitation to the murder mystery! This year’s Teen Read Week theme is an international one, ‘Read for the Fun of It”, encouraging everyone to read. Our mystery will reflect the theme, with a United Nations setting. Read 1 book in the month of October, and win prizes and an invitation to our upcoming Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre event, “An Assassin in Our Midst.” Pick up your invitation and prizes at the Children’s Desk!
