COLTS NECK COUSINS TRIM TRESSES FOR LOCKS OF LOVE
Colts Neck cousins Brianna Johnson (age 9) and Alexandra Grieco (11) recently donated a total of 25 inches of hair to Locks of Love Foundation. The cousins wanted to make a difference together by helping medically ill children in need, and they planned for over a year and a half for this worthy cause. Initially, Brianna was nervous about donating so much hair, but afterwards she was overjoyed and loved her new hairstyle. Alexandra was more relaxed because she had donated her hair previously at the age of four. The cousins followed up the haircuts by taking photos to be displayed at the Zuccaro Salon in Keyport. They celebrated their day together by going to lunch with their grandmother, Brenda Johnson of Colts Neck, and their mothers and siblings. Locks of Love is a public non-profit organization that provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children in the United States and Canada under age 21 suffering from long-term medical hair loss.
