Catholic Charities Invites All to Attend Pocketbook Bingo

Fun-filled evening featuring designer prizes will benefit local programs

If you like designer bags and playing Bingo, you will not want to miss this fun-filled evening featuring new, authentic designer pocketbooks by Coach, Kate Spade, Brighton, Vera Bradley, Ralph Lauren, Cole Haan, Donney & Bourke, Carlisle and more! The Monmouth County Board of Catholic Charities will host Pocketbook Bingo on Friday, April 4, 2014 at St. Leo the Great in Lincroft. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. and games will run from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Twelve bingo games will take place throughout the evening with 11 winners receiving pocketbooks each valued as high as $450. One mega jackpot game will feature the top prize: a Louis Vuitton bag. There will also be a silent auction that will include an array of beautiful accessories and services. Coffee and dessert will be provided and attendees may bring their own snacks and beverages.

Proceeds from Pocketbook Bingo will benefit the programs affiliated with Catholic Charities in Monmouth County such as: Beacon House, Family Growth, Linkages, Monmouth Counseling Services, Project FREE and Veterans’ Counseling. These programs provide support that assists adults and children, regardless of their religious affiliation, with housing, food, mental health, specialized childrens’ services, addiction treatment and domestic violence services.  Each year, hundreds of Monmouth County residents benefit from the support of Catholic Charities.
