On Saturday, November 2, enjoy “The Best of the Golden Age of Jazz” in the intimate living room of a beautiful historic home in Atlantic Highlands.  Only 36 tickets are available for this evening of polished and original acoustic jazz, showcasing vocalist Audra Mariel, bassist Gary Mazzaroppi, and pianist Joe Accurso.

Audra Mariel is recognized throughout the area for her sultry voice and authentic interpretations of the great songs of the golden age of jazz.  She performs regularly with pianist Joe Accurso, founder of the Art Deco Jazz Quartet and the Brookdale Big Band, and with bassist Gary Mazarroppi, who has toured with jazz greats like Lionel Hampton, Stan Getz, Charlie Byrd, and Mark O’Connor.

Doors open at 7:00 pm, music begins at 7:30 pm, and audience members are invited to enjoy refreshments and conversation with the musicians. “The Best of the Golden Age of Jazz” is sponsored by the nonprofit Atlantic Highlands Arts Council.  Tickets are $20 and may be purchased at aharts.org, or reserved by calling 732-737-7160.
