iPlay America’s Spooky Spooktacular Halloween Offers Family Fun

It’s time for spooky family fun, as iPlay America’s Spooky Spooktacular Halloween returns to thrill and delight guests now through Halloween. For five fantastic weeks, this thrilling extravaganza allows guests to experience a family-friendly Halloween celebration that is unparalleled in central New Jersey, featuring live performances, a Trick-or-Treat Trail, spooktacular décor, and many free Halloween-themed activities.

Friday nights are frighteningly fun during the Spooky Spooktacular. Get in on the excitement every Friday night in October at Full Moon After Dark, starting at 7:00 p.m., complete with a live DJ and spooktacular prizes.

Every Sunday from noon until 4:00 p.m., iPlay America offers guests the opportunity to Trick-or-Treat around the park. There are six stations of Trick-or-Treat fun certain to thrill all your little creatures of the night. Grab a map and have it stamped at every candy giveaway location. The Trick-or-Treat bags are available for a small fee in the Welcome Center.

New for the 2016 Spooky Spooktacular Halloween, iPlay America will have fun and exciting free live magic shows for the whole family every Saturday and Sunday in October at 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 3:30 p.m., and 4:30 p.m. See the spectacular Pete & Chris, New England’s only Two-Man Kids’ Magic Show. They give an ultra-high-energy performance that captures kids’ attention and doesn’t let go. Or check out the mesmerizing Joe Fischer, whose magic keeps kids laughing and smiling as he performs his awesome and astounding tricks and illusions.

Make certain to carve out some extra time for pumpkin decorating this year. Guests will receive a voucher for a free pumpkin to decorate, every Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the iPlay America Pumpkin Decorating Tent, with the purchase of any regular priced ride pass or game card of $25 or more. There will also be other terrifyingly fun, family-friendly activities in the tent, including photo opportunities and more!

Snap some photos at special cutout stations throughout the park. Those who upload their photos to Instagram and Facebook and tag @iPlayAmerica and use #iPlayHalloween will be entered to win ride passes and game cards.

Head to Game Time Bar & Grill for a special Halloween-themed kid’s menu with appetizers, entrées, and desserts like the “Monster” Mac Attack or the Pumpkin Faced Burger. There will be special Halloween-themed cocktails for adults, like the Spiderella and Vampire’s Dream. And every Friday, all Kids Meals are half price from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Families may enjoy dinner and stay for Full Moon After Dark.

Don’t forget to come to the Game Time Bar and Grill on Monday, October 31 before or after you trick or treat! All kids in costume will receive a free Kids Meal with the purchase of an adult entrée.
