Holmdel Student’s Martial Arts Journey

During the summer of 2016, Holmdel High School’s Jason Zheng, currently in 10th grade, traveled around the country competing in a form of contemporary Chinese martial arts known as Wushu. He was selected to be part of U.S national team and represented the U.S. while attending the 11th Pan-American Wushu Championships. The movements in Wushu mimic gymnastic floor routines and dance. Woman’s Club of Colts Neck Supports Veterans

Supporting the military and veterans was the main project in November for the Woman’s Club of Colts Neck. Christmas stockings and boxes have been sent to our overseas troops. Every Veterans Day, the club sponsors a luncheon for the veterans, their families, and ceremony participants. Rumson-Fair Haven Field Hockey Claims SCT and State Titles

By Les Pierce Two years ago, the Rumson-Fair Haven field hockey squad took the field to face off with Shore Regional for the Shore Conference Tournament (SCT) final. The Blue Devils came to the match as the pregame favorite, boasting a record of 15 consecutive SCT crowns.  The Bulldogs ended that streak with a 2-0 shutout on two first-half goals by Peyton McCauley.
