Joe Romanowski Culinary Education Foundation Awards $30K in Scholarships

The Joe Romanowski Culinary Education Foundation (JOCEF) awarded $30,000 in scholarship funds to seven students currently enrolled at the Culinary Education Center, a collaboration between Brookdale Community College and the Monmouth County Vocational School District. In three years, JOCEF has awarded  $75,000 in scholarships. Fourth and Fifth Graders Put on The Wizard of Oz

Ranney's Lower School put on the Young Performers Edition of the Wizard of Oz musical during the week of April 18. Fifth-grader Amelia Redman of West Long Branch played the role of Dorothy. The Wicked Witch was played by fifth-grader Kiri Patient of Oceanport and fifth-grader Glinda was played by Adele Sobieski of Toms River. The scarecrow, tin man and lion were played by fifth-graders Rowan Johnson of Oceanport, John DePalma of Staten Island and Michael Guiliano of Manalapan, respectively. ...
